Elegant and luxurious villa with sea view, situated just a few hundred metres from the beach at Cannigione and located within the Resort Cala di Falco.

Description

Villa Erica at the Resort Cala di Falco extends over two levels with a magnificent sea view over the Arzachena Gulf.

The villa, furnished in Mediterranean style has a bedroom with double bed with bathroom (just toilet and hand-basin) on the upper floor and another bedroom with twin beds plus a second bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is a kitchen and spacious living room with a single sofa bed suitable for a fifth guest. On request a cot may be ordered for a child from 0 to 23 months.

The living room has a fireplace and a cooking area which is ideal for dinners with friends where you can admire the sea of the Costa Smeralda. Outside there is also a convenient barbecue.

Booking conditions

The villa can be booked for a minimum stay of 7 days, with check-in and check-out on Saturdays and Sundays. Check-in on other days only on request and subject to availability.

Free cot and high chair to be notified at time of booking. Villas are available from 17:00 (earlier if available) and should be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Pets are not allowed.
