Supplements to be requested and paid when booking

The rates include: rental of the apartment, reception open at set times, use of the residence swimming pool with sunbeds and deck chairs, Wi-Fi, tennis court, beach volleyball, and free unattended covered car parking.

The rates don’t include utilities and final cleaning (compulsory) required to be paid on arrival:
Utilities: € 70.00 per person per week, per water, gas, electricity, bed linen and bath towels are provided (1 bed linen set and 2 towels set – per person per week, kitchen linen not provided). Complimentary beach towels. Children 0/23 months free of charge.
Final cleaning: € 65.00 for the one bedroom apartment, € 70.00 for the two bedroom apartment, € 75.00 for the one bedroom apartment special, € 80.00 for the two bedroom apartment special and € 100.00 for the three bedroom apartment. Fridge, crockery and kitchen area must be left clean upon departure. Otherwise € 60.00 will be deducted from the deposit.
Obligatory deposit of € 150.00 per apartment to be left on arrival (refundable upon departure).
Mid-week cleaning (optional) to be requested and paid for on site: € 40.00 for one bedroom apartment, € 45.00 for one bedroom apartment special and two bedroom apartment, € 50.00 for two bedroom apartment special and € 60.00 for three bedroom apartment.

• Shuttle bus to the beach Mannena at set times, return per person (rates at the hotel). Possibility of a beach service for a fee, subject to availability (external service).
• High chair hire (to advise at time of booking) € 20.00 per stay (deposit required on collection)
• Push chair hire (to advise at time of booking) € 20.00 per stay (deposit required on collection)
• Charging stations for electric vehicles at the hotel (22KW power).
• Sea Platform.

During the hotel opening period Residence guests may use the bar, with live music and the restaurant (reservation required for restaurant).
